The Connect Collaboration event is held on Epic’s Verona Campus | 1979 Milky Way | Verona, WI 53593.
A block of rooms at discounts rates has been reserved for Epic Connect Collaboration Attendees. A link to reserve your hotel room in the block will be available once you register for Connect Collaboration. All hotels in the block will have shuttle service provided to/from Epic.
Please only book one hotel room reservation for each registered guest.
Connect Collaboration hotel rates range from $133-$189/night (not including tax).
The last day to book a reservation at the event rate is Friday, May 16, subject to availability.
The reservation cancellation date for any reservation in the Connect Collaboration block is Friday, May 30 at 4:00pm (CST).
Epic Meeting Attendees who cancel reservations after 4:00pm (CST) on the applicable “Reservation Cancellation Date” listed above will be charged the equivalent of one (1) night’s room and tax. If Epic Meeting Attendees do not cancel reservation(s) and do not check in on the scheduled date (no-show), you may be charged the full amount of all reservation nights plus applicable taxes.
